Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our stores, providing a seamless experience for our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Handle merchandise following warehouse guidelines for optimal placement and shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle up to 45 pounds of products at various heights.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and proficiently.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
