Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With starting wages at $23.75 per hour, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to an efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety issues.
- Achieve budgeted goals and follow company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures, excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Stand, sit, bend, reach, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
