Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
