1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. The role involves efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and within company policy.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities such as bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Work in different temperature environments, including outdoors and refrigerated spaces.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
