1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including receiving and sorting stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products and report quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, organized.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate industrial equipment.
