Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and selecting incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organizing and relocating merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Preparing shipments by strategically loading and unloading merchandise from trucks.
- Participating in warehouse inventory counts and maintaining cleanliness to meet safety standards.
- Collaborating with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
- Providing feedback to management for process improvements.
- Inspecting product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operating equipment safely and following established procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18.
- Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, adapt positively to challenges, drive for success, and efficiently organize and execute tasks.
- Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
