Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and management to improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
