Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the efficient fulfillment of orders. From relocating products to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and collaborating with peers, you will contribute to a well-organized and productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and proactively drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Requirements

• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.
