We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Work independently to achieve warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
