1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment responsibly.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the warehouse. Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
