1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This role involves working 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The position is for the 1st shift, starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
