1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers the opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including stock selection and receipt, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading shipments, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, frequent movements, and operation of powered industrial equipment.
