1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective warehouse operations.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
