Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, and strive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
