Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekend schedule
• Schedule C: Bi-weekly weekend shifts
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock and fulfill orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
