1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling store orders, handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to process improvements. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Follow warehouse procedures and policies diligently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to change, work in varying conditions, and operate powered equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in different temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
