We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and expediently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipping.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
