Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently in alignment with company standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
