1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This position offers various shift schedules and responsibilities ranging from stock selection and relocation to warehouse inventory management. The ideal candidate should be able to meet physical demands, work both independently and within a team, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and job-specific competencies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
