1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments in accordance with warehouse guidelines. You will work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain quality standards and achieve operational goals. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
