1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Independently make decisions within your area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
