Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and move merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
- Perform tasks efficiently and accurately within company guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Perform various physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Work in varied temperatures, including outdoor and cold environments.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
