Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing goods for shipment. This position offers a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the schedule.

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM start time)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleanliness and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Engage in various warehouse activities like moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
