1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the facility. This role involves tasks such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
