1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time Warehouse Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse operations to meet the needs of our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse standards and safety requirements are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and physical environments.
