1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of products.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative work principles.
• Display a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize efficiently and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and effective communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
