1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key player in our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various duties including receiving and sorting incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory management.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
