1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
