1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, performing general cleaning duties, and participating in inventory counts. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team, following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
