1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively as part of a team.
• Adapts positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change.
• Makes decisions efficiently and supports overall productivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
