Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position is for 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
