Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and delivery of products to our stores.

Position Type

Part-Time, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate, sort, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Act independently within a delegated area of responsibility and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent organizational skills and adherence to company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
