Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best quality products. This position is part-time, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, and offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work environment for our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
