We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. Our warehouse operates with a focus on safety and efficiency, providing a supportive environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input on process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
