Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. Our warehouse operations ensure products are received, selected, and delivered accurately to our stores. As a member of our dedicated team, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, conduct inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, report issues, and perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Collaborative, resilient, and driven for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
