Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, merchandise organization, and warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
• Physically able to perform bending, reaching, and lifting tasks.
