1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join ALDI as Entry Level Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with your peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and collaboration.
• Possesses a positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Organizes and executes tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
