Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate relevant information.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Identify and address hazards, maintain equipment, and uphold standards.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and create a collaborative work environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
