Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unloading.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product for quality and safety.
- Assist warehouse management and achieve budgeted goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
