1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in selecting, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements suggested to the warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
