Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Effectively organize and execute tasks with efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
