1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in our warehouse. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse standards, inventory counts, and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment desirable.
