We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure the seamless receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores to cater to our growing customer base. Join our team of dedicated individuals working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, sort, and load merchandise for shipment following guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently both individually and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Frequent standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
