1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, receiving, merchandise relocation, sorting, loading, cleaning, and inventory management tasks in alignment with warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers, supervisors, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational excellence. In addition to executing assigned duties accurately and efficiently, you will be expected to adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
