Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warehouse environment offers both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with comprehensive training and safety programs to support your success.

Position Type

• Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise effectively for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse management for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with good communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
