Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, participating in stock selection, merchandise handling, loading, cleaning, inventory counts, and more. You will collaborate with colleagues and warehouse leadership to maintain quality and safety standards, striving for excellence in all tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements
