1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers have access to the items they love. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Assist in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting concerns to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
