1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This is a full-time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
