1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. With an average of 30-35 hours per week, you'll start at a competitive wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. This position will primarily involve selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and adhere to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
