1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical agility to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
